We appreciated his thorough research into our particular trailer and configuration so that we felt confident in the final installation. He made sure we understood the workings and the maintenance required to maintain and monitor the solar panels. He didn’t try to up sell us on products and he went above and beyond in customer service, even visiting us on our first camping trip to make sure everything was in working order.
